How do I delete my account?

To permanently delete your account:

1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen to access your account
2. Go to General
3. Scroll down to the Delete account section
4. Click the Delete account button
5. In the confirmation popup, click Delete to confirm the deletion

Note: You must cancel all active subscriptions before deleting your account.

Note: Account deletion is temporarily unavailable while you have an active lesson with Umi. Please finish or wait for your lesson to end, then try again.

Warning: This action cannot be undone. All your progress, lessons, and data will be permanently deleted.
