Why has my payment method been blocked?

A payment method may be blocked if it was linked to a payment dispute (chargeback) or flagged for security reasons. Once blocked, it can no longer be used for transactions on Univext.

To add a new payment method:

  1. Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen to access your account
  2. Go to Payment Methods
  3. Click Add to add a new card
