How do I change my subscription plan?
Univext does not offer a direct plan switch. To change your subscription plan, you need to subscribe to the new plan and cancel your current one.
Follow these steps:
- Click on your avatar in the top right corner of the screen to access your account
- Go to Subscriptions
- Click on the subscription you want to cancel
- Click the Cancel button and follow the steps to cancel it
- Once cancelled, click the flash icon at the top of the screen (left of your avatar) to open the subscription page
- Choose your new plan and complete the payment
Your cancelled subscription will remain active until the end of its billing period. The new subscription starts immediately after payment.
Note: We recommend subscribing to your new plan before cancelling the old one, so there is no gap in your access.
