I can't connect to my account

If you're having trouble logging in to your Univext account, here are the most common solutions:

Forgot your password

1. On the login page, click I forgot my password
2. Enter the email address you registered with
3. Check your inbox for a reset link (also check your spam folder)
4. Click the link and set a new password (minimum 8 characters)
5. You'll be logged in automatically after resetting

Wrong email address

Make sure you're using the exact same email address you registered with. Try checking for typos or using a different email if you have multiple.
