くだらない
Kudaranai literally means worthless or trivial, and is the standard verdict on a bad pun. But calling humour kudaranai is often warm rather than cutting, the equivalent of "that is so stupid" said while laughing. Tone decides everything.
Examples in context

くだらないけれど、なぜか笑ってしまう。
It is silly, but somehow it makes me laugh.
