Referral Program Terms

For clarity and ease of reference, any capitalized terms used in these terms and conditions shall be defined in the glossary. You may consult the glossary section of this agreement to find the detailed definitions of such terms.

Our Referral Program allows Users to invite friends or others to join Univext using their unique Referral Link. By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before participating. By participating in our Referral Program, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Referral Link and Invitations

Upon registering an Account on Univext, each User will receive a unique Referral Link made available through the Univext Platform. This Referral Link can be shared with friends, family, and other individuals to invite them to join Univext. Users can share their Referral Link through various means, including social media, email, messaging apps, and other communication methods.

Referral Rewards

When a referred User successfully registers an Account on Univext using a valid Referral Link, the Referrer will receive a notification informing them their Referral Link has been used. The Referred User will be added to the Referrer's list of Referred Users.

In order for the Referrer to be eligible for a reward, it is necessary that the Referred User subscribes to a Subscription on the Univext platform and completes their initial payment successfully. The Referrer will receive 1 (one) Coin as a reward for each Referred User who successfully subscribes to a Subscription on the Univext Platform. Notifications regarding these rewards will be provided within the Univext Platform.

Coin Usage

The Coins earned through the Referral Program can only be used for Teaching Services provided by Univext and made available on the Univext Platform. Coins cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred to other accounts, or used for any purposes other than Teaching Services on the Univext Platform. Coins are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for other currencies or assets. Coins are not refundable.

Eligibility

Participation in the Referral Program is open to all Users of the Univext Platform.

Fair Usage and Restrictions

Users in the Referral Program are expected to use ethical and fair practices when promoting their Referral Links. Spamming, misleading advertising, or any form of unethical behavior is strictly prohibited. Referrers may not use paid advertising to promote their Referral Links without prior written consent from Univext.

Modification and Termination

Univext reserves the right to modify, update, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, without prior notice. Changes to the Referral Program Terms will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly. Univext is not obligated to continue the Referral Program, and there is no guarantee that it will continue indefinitely. Univext is not responsible for any technical failures, glitches, or errors that may result in the failure to award Coins to Referrers or the failure of Referred Users' payments.
