Copyright Policy

Univext LLC ("Univext") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, Univext may disable or terminate the accounts of users who infringe, or repeatedly infringe, the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that content on the Univext Platform infringes a copyright that you own or are authorized to act on behalf of, please report it to us through our Help Center. To help us review your report quickly, please include:

  • A description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed;
  • A description of the material you believe is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to let us locate it (for example, the URL where it appears on the Univext Platform);
  • Your contact information (name and email address);
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and
  • A statement that the information in your report is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Once we receive your report, Univext will review it and may take any action it considers appropriate, including removing the material in question. Univext may also remove content that it believes infringes intellectual property or other rights, with or without a formal report.
