Ни
Ни is used in pairs to mean "neither and nor": ни он, ни она. It also reinforces an existing negation, as in нет ни времени, ни денег. On its own it is not a full "no", so it always leans on another negative in the sentence.
Examples in context
Ни он, ни она не знают.
Neither he nor she knows.
У меня нет ни времени, ни денег.
I have neither time nor money.
